Hollow Tide Expedition

Hollow Tide Expedition is slower and more atmospheric than most mobile games. You explore a half-sunken world, solve environmental puzzles, and piece together what happened through scattered notes and visual clues. There's no timer pushing you, which fits the mood perfectly.

The puzzles rarely block you for long, and the game trusts you to notice things rather than spelling everything out. I liked that it never held my hand too hard. The sound design does a lot of the heavy lifting for the atmosphere.

It's a short-ish experience, maybe a few hours, but it's the kind you remember. Best played with headphones at night.
