Iron Vale Defenders
★★★★★ 4.6
Iron Vale Defenders takes the tower defence formula and adds elevation. Towers on high ground gain range but lose splash coverage, so every map forces a real decision instead of the usual copy-paste layout. I found myself restarting waves just to test small placement changes, which is the best sign a strategy game respects your brain.
The enemy variety keeps you honest. Armoured units shrug off your fast towers, flyers ignore your walls, and the boss waves mix them so you can't rely on one setup. Resource pacing is tight but fair — you always feel one good decision away from stabilising.
It's not the flashiest game visually, but the depth held me for weeks. This is one for people who like to plan three waves ahead.
